Ehlers Estate Winery is always a fun place to visit and this time we met up with Winemaker Adam Casto and his four legged friend Adrian. Ehlers is found on Highway 29 just around the corner from the Culinary Institute of America, a historic area in Napa Valley. We talked about science, wine, vineyards and even ghosts. With a deep history like the Valley, how can there not be ghosts?
