While many folks know that the “Tasting of Paris” put Napa Valley on the map, the fact is wine has been made there for quite some time.  Rich Salvestrin’s father bought land to farm way back in 1932. Today Rich and his wife Shannon still grow wine under the family name just off Highway 29. We met with Rich and Shannon at the winery a few weeks ago for a leisurely chat in the upstairs tasting room.

You can also hear Rich on our Vino Lingo segment defining the wine term “The No Jack 3000”.
