Making wine in the state of Texas can present its own issues to overcome. It’s not exactly like Napa Valley. But Randy Hester a native of Texas did make wine in Napa Valley, then came back to his home state to do it all again. C.L. Butaud Wines (pronounced Bu-Toe) are very tasty and more varied than you might think. We’ll let Randy tell you about that. And as they say, don’t mess with Texas ’cause they really have a handle on this whole wine thing.
